Good way to start losing weight
First good step to start losing weight and getting in shape ... even without prior DNA-testing (see: http://leitfaden.org/stories/95/simple-rules-on-losing-weight-and-staying-slim) – of course better after DNA-testing to better individualize:

- Vegan chips made with the Rommelsbacher Dörrautomat
With regard to vegan chips:
I recommend to first prepare a normal fresh salad with dressing (very tasty and very healthy: combination of pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, balsamico and various spices) – then place it on the Dörrautomat and let it dry – afterwards it tastes just like a good salad, fresh, crunshy and healthy!
